Spirituality of an Atheist - 2

Note: To connect also read Spirituality of an Atheist - 1  if you have not already.

Question: Is there a reality beyond this one?

Answer: No, there is no reality beyond this One. However, we do not know this One reality really fully and so fall into asking such questions.

The reality of the One, for example, is like the reality of a tree.

What is the complete reality of a tree?

1. It has a part that is above the ground and is usually called the tree.
2. It has a part which is below the ground, invisible and is usually called the roots. And finally
3, It has the environment, which though not that apparent to many is yet part of the tree as well.

Likewise we have our bodies, our minds and our environments.

Similarly, the universe - the evolving universe - has its three parts.

Now the people who ask the above question usually see only the tree or the body part of the reality. And thus ask whether there is a reality beyond this reality, beyond this body-part reality, more so since they subconsciously feel that there must be something more to what is just visible.

Many happenings force them to feel things this way.

So yes, there is another reality to this reality and that is to it like the reality of the roots is to the reality of the tree. Or is like the reality of the mind is to the reality of our bodies.

And even beyond that, yes there is still another reality to this reality, like the environment of the tree is to the tree and its roots, to our bodies and minds.

This is the complete reality, the complete reality of the One, and there is no reality beyond this reality. This complete reality of the One is to which some people call Self or God.

I have written a book titled Self-Designed Universe, explaining the whole universal game of life taking into account all the above-mentioned three realities of the One.*

In it I have named the three kinds of realities as:

1. Matter of Spiritual Category or Mosc - which is to the evolving universe as the environment is to the tree.
2. Matter of Virtual category or Movc - which is to it like our brain/minds are to us or like the roots of a tree are to the tree, and finally
3. Matter of Physical category or Mopc - which is like our bodies or like the visible tree.

Mosc, which includes everything including our own body/mind selves we can only self-experience in which case we will be going beyond both our individual bodies and minds.
Movc, or mind in human context we have been trying to know by going through senses, feelings, intellect and intuition. It includes our science and philosophy.
Mopc, really the manifestation of what is in our minds we have been knowing and transcending accordingly.

PS: 29/05/2011 - These answers are being given some 8-10 years ago. The book was not published then. Later it was self-published with the help of a publisher Janus Publishing Co.UK. However, I am not recommending the reading or buying of this book here. It is very very difficult to read because when I wrote it I was in sort of an other world and so could not keep the reader in mind. Only the first chapter was really inspired and easily understandable though it also contains the whole book in a way. The rest really was to make the first chapter or the theme into a book. Though that is not to say that the rest does not contain some very interesting facts/co-relations as well to explain the theme further.

Those interested in the preface and first chapter and can really rack their brains may consult my short blog http://selfdesigneduniverse.blogspot.com/
